Season 4 of The Diligent Woman Podcast is going to be all about The
Vitality of Prayer.
First Thessalonians 5:16-18 says, "rejoice, always pray without
ceasing. In everything. Give thanks for this as God's will for you
in Christ jesus." It's God's will for you that you are able to
rejoice, pray, and give thanks.
Over in Acts 17:24 through 28, we're told that he needs nothing. But he wants you to reach for him and to find him. God reveals himself to you all the time through the created world around you. But he took the effort to speak to you, to share ideas with you, to connect with you through the written word, gathered through the centuries, so you would want to know him and want to talk to him.
Now it's your turn. The Vitality of Prayer is the connection it keeps open between you and God. You can pray to him because you know he is the faithful, loving creator. You can trust him with your good days and bad days because you know he cares.
Prayer is meant to be personal.
Join me for 12 weeks as we study prayers in the Bible and learn how to develop the capacity to grow and live in relationship with God through prayer.
All your passion,
All your vigor.
All your energy.
Thriving as you walk with the Lord.
